With the release of WordPress 3 Custom Post Types have become an integral part of the WordPress framework, and with the 3.1 upgrade we now have the control and capabilities we need to make use of them to do some pretty cool stuff. In this session Morten will cover how to set up and customize custom post types and custom taxonomies, how to query these post types for different types of displays and showcase some different useage scenarios.

Custom Post Types are powerful tools that can be used for some really cool results. It’s just a matter of knowing the hows and whats of it.
