What is HHVM and how can it help increase the speed of your WordPress site by up to ten times? We’ll walk through a brief history of HHVM, where it’s being used and how you can use it right now. We’ll discuss the benefits, common problems, some issues that have been found with popular WordPress plugins and when you may not want to use it. We’ll explore the differences between using (different versions of) PHP and HHVM on your server and benchmark those differences.
